Organisations which have been able to sustain their existence over many years are successful because they are able to act as one and speak the same. It is only then, they can establish the correct relation with their customers, approach them with empathy and ensure that they are satisfied. Anadolu Group was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs who embraced this approach, internalised it and always prioritised investing in people, many years ago – Kamil Yazıcı and Ä°zzet Özilhan…

The spirit of entrepreneurship, collective mind and the model of strategic management came together, on the road, with a shared dream. The investment in progresses and future came to life at Anadolu with a leadership stance, innovation and creativity. Investment in people has been continued with trust. Today our group, with approximately 29 thousand employees, operates with an entrepreneurial spirit which possesses the skill of being able to do business with common cultures in varied geographical regions in a volatile world.

Most of our management team have been working in our Group for many years, been through different experiences, and continued their professional development by integrating them with the values of our Group. Today, 82% of our senior managers been developed internally to their current positions.  The value behind this fact is, clearly, our human resources policy, to invest in people. It is the principle of investing in people and operating with a focus on people, which lies behind the successes of Anadolu Group.

Human characteristics will be at the forefront everywhere people are present. Therefore, emotions are one of the primary matters for us. Every organism has certain needs in order to sustain its life. For our group, this need is the skilled workforce that we have – that is to say our employees. Therefore, starting point for our human resources policy, will continue to be – as it has been for many years – focusing on people.
